I love food, so why not post about the places I eat?!?
Pepper's Deli is located in Downtown Chattanooga on the corner of 4th and Broad Streets.
It's a great spot to be... In the middle of everything! The patio basically rocks, the set up is a little crowded at the front, but too sparse in the back. The friendly atmosphere makes up for it to me. Their use of mixed media is interesting... grass, metal and neon lights are the main materials which I never tire of looking at!
but seriously, lets get to the FOOD...
The first time I went for lunch and ordered a club sandwich. Nobody can ruin a club sandwich, right? Right. It was everything I hoped it would be. One interesting extra was their house mayo. not your run of the mill dijon by any means, and it really brought out the flavor of the turkey. The side dish I ordered was pasta salad, and it was just down home GOOD like my mom's! It helped that it was 80's day so we had a dance party with the waitress...Their prices are about a dollar more than I would prefer to pay, but you get full!
